My Grocery Shopping List for My Weight-Loss Journey

I started my WW Freestyle journey on July 17, 2018 and have never looked back. Of all the plans, programs, self-created diets I’ve done, this is by far the best lifestyle change I’ve ever made. As of today, I’m down 52.7 pounds. I have a long way to go (100+ pounds total to lose), but I feel confident in this journey, no matter the time it takes to get to my goal. Below is a link to a pdf that has some of the items I keep on hand to help me be successful and feel completely satisfied.
